- 1 kg Pork Ribs Support local and buy quality meat from your local butcher
- 150 g New Yorkshire Emporium By'eck! BBQ Sauce
- 1 pack New Yorkshire Emporium By'eck! BBQ Rub Control the spice of this dish by using more or less of the rub

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 150C. Line a baking tray with foil.
- Massage the By'eck! BBQ Rub all over the ribs and place on the prepared tray. Cover with foil and bake until very tender - this should take around 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill to high. Remove the foil from ribs and brush both sides with the By'eck! BBQ sauce.
- Grill until the sauce starts to caramelise - around 5 minutes.
