For me, the best nibbles are eaten all in one go, packed with flavour and incredibly moreish. These are exactly that and, what's more, they're easy to make and require very few ingredients. I used Brie but. if you wanted to, you could use a different soft cheese.

- 200 g filo pastry
- 200 g brie cheese finely chopped
- 100 g New Yorkshire Emporium By'eck! Cor'limey Mango Chutney
- 40 g butter melted

Instructions
- Cut filo pastry into 1 inch squares. Mix the Brie and Cor'limey Mango Chutney in a bowl. Preheat the oven to 190C/Gas 5.
- For each parcel, take 3 squares of filo and arrange on top of each other at an angle to form a star. Place ½ tsp of the cheese and mango chutney mix in the centre of the star.
- Draw the edges of the filo up to form a parcel. Brush with melted butter. Repeat until you run out of the Brie mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 6 minutes, until crisp and golden.
